Shareware License Agreement

1. PARTIES

        (a) This license is a contract between you
             (the end user), and Interactive 
             Multimedia Software Pty Ltd, as the 
             author and 'distributor' of this software.

        (b) If you find any parts of this agreement
             unacceptable, you must not use this 
             software. By using this software you
             are agreeing to the terms and conditions 
             of this contract. If you have any queries 
             regarding the use of this software
             please contact us at the address below.

        (c) This license grants you the right to use 
             the copy of this software for the 
             creation of two free greeting cards for 
             personal and non-profit / commercial 
             use, if you have not already installed 
             or created two free cards with a 
             previous copy of FunE-Cards. Profit 
             and commercial use requires a 
             commercial license which can be sought 
             from the author.

             If you decide to continue using the 
             software and wish to create more cards,
             you must pay the registration fee of 
             US$10 to the author. After this time 
             you will receive by e-mail a license
             number allowing you to create as many 
             cards as you wish from this individual 
             copy of the software for your personal 
             and non-profit / commercial use.

2. COPYRIGHT

        (a) This software is copyright, by Interactive
             Multimedia Software Pty Ltd. All 
             documentation files are copyrighted.

        (b) You may make as many copies of the 
             software as you wish.

        (c) You may make shareware versions of the 
             software available over a network to be 
             run on other computers. You are not 
             allowed to run / execute registered versions 
             over a network or on more than one computer
             unless you have purchased a site license.

3. DISTRIBUTION

        (a) Please feel free to distribute the shareware
             version of this software amongst your 
             friends and co-workers etc. You may upload 
             it to any FTP, BBS, CD, or on-line service as
             you like.

        (b) If you distribute, you must include all the
             original files in this distribution, unmodified 
             with the copyright notice and license in tact.

4. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

       (a) Interactive Multimedia Software Pty Ltd 
            give no warranties, either expressed or 
            implied that this software is fit for a 
            particular purpose or will perform 
            adequately at all times. This software is
            licensed "as is", and so you (the user) are
            assuming the full risk of using it. You 
            (the user) and or commercial organisation(s)
            using the software bears all risk as to the 
            quality and performance of the software. 
            Interactive Multimedia Software Pty Ltd will
            not be liable for any special, incidental, 
            consequential, direct, indirect or similar 
            damages due to loss of data or any other 
            reason, even if Interactive Multimedia 
            Software Pty Ltd or an agent of Interactive 
            Multimedia Software Pty Ltd has been 
            advised of the possibility of such damages.

       (b) In any event, the authors liability in 
            respect of this software is limited by 
            section 68A of the Australian Trade Practices
            Act, 1974, provided you the (the user) conform 
            to the requirements of that section.

       (c) If section 68A does not apply, the authors 
            liability shall be limited to AUD$10, or 
            the cost of replacing the software, whichever 
            is greater.

5. GOVERNING LAW

       (a) The law governing this contract shall be
            that of the Australian Capital Territory, in 
            the Commonwealth of Australia.

6. MISCELANEOUS
    
      (a) If any part of this license is later deemed 
           to be illegal or unenforceable, then the 
           part shall be null and void to the extent of 
           the illegality.
